Tamir: No reason for PM's intervention in SSTO talks

Education Minister Yuli Tamir rejected the demand of the Secondary School Teachers Organization to involve Prime Minister Ehud Olmert in negotiations over teachers' wages. Israel Radio quoted Tamir as saying that "there is no reason for Olmert's intervention as long as the SSTO representatives are not prepared to discuss the fundamental issues."
