The Tel Aviv District Court indicted a 53-year-old woman and her daughter, 30, Monday, on charges of child abuse. The two allegedly abused the daughter's three children, aged 15, 9 and 4, leaving them with severe physical marks, including lacerations, bruises and burns caused by bleach. According to the charges, the two women started abusing the children after the woman moved in with her mother (and the children's grandmother) in Jaffa. The grandmother beat her grandchildren regularly and often locked them outside her house for extended periods of time.
