Police on Sunday arrested three left-wing activists at a checkpoint at Al-Hadar Junction near Bethlehem. The three had reportedly tried to reach Highway 60 in order to distribute grapes that local farmers were, they claimed, barred from selling. When told to leave, the activists allegedly resisted.
