Two factory workers killed in accidents

A 50-year-old worker was crushed to death Sunday morning in a Haifa paper factory. Magen David Adom declared the man dead at the scene. In a separate accident, a worker at the Carmel Olefins factory was killed after a forklift flipped over on him. A Magen David Adom team initially attempted to resuscitate the man, but a doctor who arrived on the scene declared him dead.
