Two girls seriously injured, two lightly injured in Haifa car accident

Two 20-year-old girls were seriously injured and two were lightly injured late Monday evening when a 28-year-old woman ran them over near the Student Beach in Haifa, Israel Radio reported.
The driver was being interrogated by the police.
She was found to be driving without having a driver's license.
