UK says its decision to talk to Hizbullah aimed at advancing ME peace

Britain said Friday that its decision to begin talks with Hizbullah in Lebanon was aimed at advancing peace in the region. A British Foreign Office spokesman told Al-Jazeera that Hizbullah was an inseparable part of the Lebanese political map, stressing that the UK was only willing to forge contacts with the political wing of the organization.
