Woman found outside Arab village with slit throat

A 25-year-old woman was found in critical condition Tuesday morning with a slit throat outside the Arab village of Sha'ab in the western Galilee. She was evacuated by medics to a nearby hospital in Nahariya, while police were investigating the circumstances of the incident. Police were investigating the possibility that the woman was stabbed in an attempted "family honor" killing. According to Israel Radio, the woman's brother has been arrested.
