Woman seriously injured from fall near Jaffa Gate

A woman was found semi-conscious and bleeding copiously from her head near the Jaffa Gate entrance to Jerusalem's Old City on Friday afternoon. MDA teams were scrambled to the location. Initial reports indicate that the woman had been stabbed, but rescue teams said that the woman had been walking up a flight of stairs, and had fallen and struck her head, Zaka reported. The woman was evacuated in serious condition.
