The body of a woman in her twenties was found in her home in Ashkelon on Saturday afternoon. The woman's partner was arrested under suspicion of being involved with her death after police found stab marks on the body. The man denied connection to the event. A neighbor, who heard a baby crying from within the house, called police after her calls remained unanswered and she was unable to open the door. A Magen David Adom team that arrived at the scene pronounced the woman dead.
