Dozens of haredi protesters clashed with police officers at a protest in Jerusalem against an archaeological dig on Naomi Kis street in the capital on Thursday.

The ultra-Orthodox protesters complained that the archaeological dig would disturb a Jewish burial ground.Demonstrators threw stones at the Jerusalem Light Rail and scuffled with police.No one was injured in the incident.
