Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu called the storming of an IDF base in the West Bank Tuesday an "unprecedented" disruption, and vowed to deal with such situations with a heavy hand.
Speaking at the Conference for Alumni of the National Security Institute in Jersualem, Netanyahu said he would submit a program to the cabinet this week that would with perpetrators who carry out such violent "price-tag" attacks.
"I will fight this phenomenon with all my strength," Netanyahu said. "We will get these rioters. We will combine investigative teams in the IDF, the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) and the police and we will conquer this evil affliction."
