The Tshetshik Prize for Security Studies is awarded by Tel Aviv
University’s Institute for National Security Studies.
“The prize shows
the growing importance of public diplomacy,” Shai said. “Israel is exposed to a
battle for [the public’s] awareness.”
Shai added that, in order to win
the battle, long-term planning and creative thinking is
