Iran's nuclear chief claimed on Saturday that nuclear talks with six world powers had "virtually solved" a dispute over the Arak heavy water reactor, which the West fears could yield bomb-grade material in the future, AFP reported.

"Iran has made a proposal to the P5+1 (group of world powers) to make certain changes in Arak and they have accepted. This question is virtually resolved," Ali Akbar Salehi was quoted as telling al-Alam TV.
