Palestinians accused Israel of breaking a temporary, humanitarian cease-fire immediately after a seven-hour halt in fighting went into effect on Monday morning, under which Israel unilaterally agreed to hold fire in most of the Gaza Strip.

Gaza Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qidra said 15 people were wounded in the bombing of a house in Gaza City's Shati camp, mostly women and children.

An IDF spokeswoman told The Jerusalem Post that she was checking the report.
