Airlines threaten to strike over open-skies accord
The workers committees at Israel’s three carriers – El Al Israel Airlines Ltd., Arkia Airlines Ltd. and Israir Airlines and Tourism Ltd. – on Thursday said they will begin a strike on Sunday unless the government freezes its intention to approve the open-skies agreement.
