Jordan's king met with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Sunday for talks on the stalled Mideast peace process in an effort to bring Palestinians and Israelis back to the negotiating table. King Abdullah II and Mubarak discussed efforts to form a Palestinian national government under a power-sharing agreement signed by Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and Hamas leaders earlier this month, the semiofficial Middle East News Agency, MENA, reported.
