Car bomb strikes market in Baghdad, kills 10

A parked car bomb struck a popular market in the Shi'ite slum of Sadr City, killing at least 10 people and wound 14, police said. The explosion, which occurred at 10:00 a.m., also damaged 13 cars and scorched several shops, police Col. Hassan Jaloob said.
