A Hamas leader on Wednesday offered to renew the terrorist group's cease-fire with Israel to ease international concerns over the radical Palestinian movement's triumph in Palestinian elections. Hamas deputy leader Moussa Abu Marzouk said Hamas would alter some positions and policies but "the group will remain committed to its fundamental principles."
