Hamas said Thursday it was wrapping up coalition talks and expected to present its government to the Palestinian parliament for approval on Monday. Hamas legislator Mushir al-Masri did not say whether other parties would join a Hamas government, but it appears the Islamic militants are having trouble finding coalition partners. "We are about to complete consultations...today," he said. "We hope that we can present the government to the Palestinian parliament in its upcoming session Monday."
