In the article 'Barkat proposes changing Jerusalem's borders,' it was insinuated that City Councilor Yakir Segev (Jerusalem Will Succeed) had suggested a similar land swap to Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat in the past. Segev has long discussed the difficulties involved in providing services in areas of Jerusalem that are part of the municipality but on the Palestinian Authority side, but never supported a similar land swap to Barkat.
