Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality is cleaning up the image of its notoriously brusque taxi drivers, with a special course for cabbies aimed at teaching them the elusive art of customer relations.The course teaches the drivers simple English phrases and aims to present a more positive image of a country not normally known for its delicate manners.
