Palestinian Authority police handed over an Israeli Arab citizen to Israel Police custody on Sunday after arresting on his suspicion of locking up his daughter in a bathroom for nine years.
PA police arrived at the man's West Bank home in Kalkiliya on Saturday, according Palestinian media, after receiving a tip off.

The officers reportedly heard the man's daughter, aged 20, crying, and ordered the suspect to open the door to the bathroom. The discovered the young woman next to a mattress and a blanket.
The father later reportedly confessed to the fact that his daughter had "not seen the sun" in nine years, since she was 11-years-old.
Judea and Samaria Police are set to question the man.
