Lord of the Dance

The award-winning international dance phenomenon Lord of the Dance is coming to Jerusalem. Created and directed by the legendary Michael Flatley, Lord of the Dance is a classic Irish tale that deals with the eternal struggle between good and bad and includes precision dancing by 40 dancers, superb lighting, pyrotechnics, magnificent music and more.

The show takes place for two nights only at Jerusalem’s International Convention Center. It's recommended to book tickets soon to avoid disappointment.

Jerusalem International Ice festival

For those who missed out on the Ice festival in Jerusalem a few months ago, the magical ice kingdom is back again - just bigger and better. Jerusalem's Old Train Station is set to turn into a giant (around 1,500 square meter) ice city, with iced adaptations of the Old City walls, the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo and other famous Jerusalem landmarks. Dozens of experts – including 35 individuals from abroad – have come together to create something memorable and spectacular.

Next to the complex, an ice-skating rink will be builtwith a performance center and coffee shops. With an indoor temperature of minus 10 degrees Celsius, you'll want to layer up and warm up regularly at your nearest ice bar.

Jerusalem International Marathon

The annual Jerusalem International Marathon provides runners with the opportunity to truly become acquainted with the new and Old City of Jerusalem one step at a time. Although Jerusalem is notoriously hilly, the city is blessed with favorable weather and humidity conditions for extreme sports activities, and of course offers some breathtaking sights.

Participants in the marathon and half marathon will enjoy an informative expo in sports and health in the days preceding the marathon, and spectators and non-runners can enjoy the build-up as well as festivities on the day. The Jerusalem International Marathon is accessible to all fitness levels with a marathon, half-marathon, 10 km, 4.2 km and 800 meter option.

Last year's event drew a crowd of 3,000 - wine professionals as well as the general public – and this year promises to attract even more. The entrance fee includes a souvenir wine glass and tasting at each of the winery's kiosks, gourmet cooking workshops and discounted prices on wines. The exhibition will include around 40 leading wineries such as Barkan, Golan Heights and Teperberg.
