Jerusalem House of QualityDedicated
to creating and showcasing original art, the Jerusalem House of Quality
Center is home to nearly two dozen artists in a variety of disciplines –
Judaica, ceramics, mosaics, copper, foil, enamel, jewelry, wood and
more.
The public can watch the artists at work, browse
exhibitions, or take part in fascinating

workshops, conferences and
lectures, as well as cultural and musical events. The building features a
courtyard in the style of an Arab khan (traveler's inn), an Armenian
ceramics room, and a copy of a 2,700-year-old silver scroll that was
found nearby containing a Priestly Blessing in ancient Hebrew script.
Visitors will also enjoy the Center's captivating views of the
Old City walls. Tours are by advance booking only.

you're looking for a condensed journey through Jerusalem's rich 3,000
years of history, you may want to take a rather bumpy ride on the
Time Elevator.
Narrated by tour-guide Shalem (Chaim Topol of 'Fiddler on the Roof'
fame), the elevator journey begins deep underground in ancient Jerusalem
and slowly climbs through history.
You’ll encounter King David;
King Solomon’s First Temple and its destruction; the fearsome Saladin
as he fends off the Crusader invasion of the Holy Land; and a
magnificent aerial view of the modern city. For those who prefer a
milder experience, the seats that move are adjustable and there are a
few stationary seats too.
