Every draft, hundreds of soldiers from abroad enlist into the IDF with insufficient Hebrew, and must take an army structured Ulpan.

Every year, thousands of olim and foreign volunteers enlist into the IDF to put their lives on the line for the sake of Israel.

Yet many of these soldiers from abroad do not speak Hebrew.


That’s why during every draft, hundreds of soldiers like American born Michael Kolikant, are sent to a Hebrew training course for three months.
