Palestinian with fake ID found working in Eilat hotel
The man, who allegedly bought the forged document for NIS 1000, was sentenced for the same offense in 2012.
A Palestinian resident of Nablus who was working at an Eilat hotel was arrested on Sunday after he was discovered to be using a fake identity card, police said.

A security guard from the hotel reported the man to the police after suspicions arose that the man, who worked in the kitchen, was working in Israel illegally.

The forged ID card, bought for NIS 1000, contained the information of an east Jerusalem resident.

During his interrogation, police discovered that the man had arrived in Eilat three months ago to work, having recently completed a probation period served after being sentenced for the same offense in 2012.

Eilat police said that they intended to indict him in the coming days.
