IDF troops on Sunday identified an abandoned Israeli vehicle parked near the Syrian border in the Golan Heights.

According to witnesses, four people left the car unattended earlier Sunday. After the car remained unattended after sundown, IDF troops began searching for the four, fearing they might have been kidnapped and taken to Syria.

The IDF Spokesman reported that the four were later found hiking in the Golan Heights.
