Israel has not changed the course of the West Bank security barrier despite court rulings demanding it do so, B'Tselem said Wednesday.

The Israeli human rights group said the government had not implemented Supreme Court rulings ordering changes to three sections of the barrier, adding that one of those rulings is three years old.

Defense Ministry spokesman Shlomo Dror said budgetary problems were delaying the changes.
