The 86th and final show on the tour will take place on September 1 at the Tel Aviv Fairgrounds, promoter Shuki Weiss announced on Monday.

"I am very excited to return to Israel for my last and final show," Madonna said in a statement. "I know it will be unforgettable."

Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday at 5 p.m., with prices starting at NIS 490. Floor and VIP tickets will cost between NIS 1,500 and NIS 2,500.

The tour began in August 2008 to support Madonna's latest album, Hard Candy, and by the end of the year, was declared the highest grossing tour in history for a solo artist.

The second part of the tour will begin in July with an already sold out show in London, to be followed by 20 more performances in Europe.

Paul Oakenfold, one of the world's best-known DJ's, will open the show, and producers hope some of Madonna's favorite Israeli musicians will join her in Tel Aviv.

The show will take place on a specially built stage and will exhibit advanced visual technology and a 17-member dance group. The equipment required will be brought to Israel by five airplanes. Security will be provided by Madonna's own people, local private security and the Israel Police.

This is Madonna's first time performing in Israel since her Girlie Show World Tour in 1993. She has visited Israel numerous times since, and in 2007 celebrated Rosh Hashana here with the Kabbalah Center.

Tickets can be bought through Netvision at madonna.013netvision.co.il or by dialing *8965.
