A 17-year-old was arrested Sunday on suspicion of killing Noravinov Nordin, the 21-year-old man who died after being stabbed Saturday night in Tel Aviv.
Noravinov was stabbed in the city's Hatikva neighborhood and later died of his wounds after being evacuated to Ichilov Hospital.
