Humam Khalil Abu-Mulal al-Balawi (December 25, 1977 - December 30, 2009) according to Western intelligence officials, was a Jordanian doctor and a double agent suicide bomber loyal to Islamist extremists. According to information received by the Arab newspaper The National, he was born in Kuwait on December 25, 1977.
