A five-year-old girl was critically injured and three other people were moderately hurt when a car overturned near Umm el-Fahm on Thursday afternoon. The girl was airlifted to Afula's Ha'emek Hospital, but doctors there pronounced her death shortly after her arrival. The other casualties were evacuated by Magen David Adom ambulances to the same hospital. Police blocked Highway 65 to traffic in both directions between the Ein Jerar and the Mei Ami junctions.
