17-year-old charged in gang-rape of 12-year-old

A 17-year-old boy was charged Sunday in the gang-rape of a 12-year-old girl from Bat Yam.
Prosecutors were yet to decide whether to indict the suspects who are under the age of 14.
There are also suspects under the age of 12, but they cannot be indicted, as they are under the age of criminal responsibility.
Police suspect that the girl was raped in public places, including near her school.
