Two Palestinian minors armed with knives were arrested on the outskirts of Beit Jala, near Jerusalem, on Tuesday on suspicion of planning a terror attack. Detectives from Judea and Samaria's Hebron police sub-district made the arrests after the teens were spotted looking out over the Tunnel Road. They are suspected of plotting to stab a soldier or a Jewish civilian. The two have been taken in by police for questioning.
