59 people were killed in the fighting in northern Syria - HRW

A Syrian Human Rights Monitoring Center has reported that 59 people were killed yesterday in battles in Idlib and Atqiya in northern Syria. Twenty-three of those killed were a part of Syrian President Bashar Assad's army.
