A 60-year-old man was killed in a head-on collision between a private car and a motorcycle on the road between Abu Ghosh and Har Adar outside of Jerusalem on Thursday afternoon.

The motorcycle rider was killed instantly. Police opened an investigation into the causes of the accident.
