Arab League Secretary General Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi said on Thursday that the West has no strong will to intervene to resolve the Syrian crisis, the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.

He accused the UN Security Council of not wishing to even issue a resolution to force a ceasefire or an end to the violence in Syria, despite offers from Arab countries to send peacekeeping forces to the country.
