Jerusalem Police on Sunday arrested a 72-year-old man from Bat Yam on suspicion of threatening to murder Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's wife, Sara, because of her  treatment of her former house keeper Lilian Peretz.

"If anything happens to the maid you will bear the responsibility. I will put a bullet in your head and no bodyguard will be able to help you," the man allegedly wrote in a letter to Netanyahu.

In his interrogation, the elderly man expressed regret over the letter and explained that he sent it because he was extremely angry.
