Deal for soldier accused of not preventing TA beach murder

Or Levy, the soldier charged with not preventing the August 2009 murder of Arik Karp at Tel Baruch beach, admitted to the charges against her as part of a plea bargain on Thursday.  The three other youths from Jaljulyah who were also present when Karp was attacked and charged with failing to prevent a murder also accepted the same deal as Levy.
Tel Aviv Municipal Court will decide the punishment of Levy and the three youths.
