Police arrested a man for attempted sexual assault on a tourist he picked up as a hitchhiker in his truck near Kfar Yuval  in the North Monday afternoon. The tourist called Kiryat Shmona Police, saying that the truck driver had attempted to kiss her and sexually assault her before proposing they sleep together. The woman managed to escape and called police.

Officers set up a road block at the entrance to Kfar Yuval in a successful attempt to locate the suspect, who was subsequently arrested.
