Dutch arrest alleged UK terror suspect at Amsterdam airport

AMSTERDAM — Dutch authorities reported Sunday that a terrorism suspect arrested at Amsterdam's Schiphol airport is a British man of Somali ancestry.
A spokesman for the Dutch prosecutors office, Evert Boersma, said the man was arrested after flying in from Liverpool, England, en route to Uganda.
Boersma said the tip-off came from British authorities. He explained that the man is suspected of possible involvement with a foreign terrorist organization, but did not specify which one.
Last month, two Yemeni men were arrested at the Amsterdam airport after flying in from Chicago, on suspicion they may have been conducting a dry run for an airline terror attack. The two were held for several days then released without charge after an investigation turned up no evidence to link them to a terror plot.
