The European Union will give EU 10 million to 50,000 Palestinian families in Gaza and the West Bank, Israel Radio reported on Thursday.
The money is reportedly meant to allow needy families to buy goods for Id el-Fitr, the holiday marking the end of the Ramadan fast. The Palestinian Authority helped the EU determine which families will receive the funds.
