Earthquake rocks northeast India, Myanmar, Bangladesh

An an earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter Scale shook parts of India's northeast, Myanmar and Bangladesh on Monday, less than two months after another earthquake killed 50 people in the region, The Times of India reported Monday.
According to the report, the epicenter was located in Myanmar about 130 kilometers east of the Manipur capital Imphal.
The area, including seven Indian states, is considered to be one of the most earthquake-prone regions in the world.
