Chief PLO negotiator Saeb Erekat has said that the Palestinians will reject any form of freeze that does not include Jerusalem, Israel Radio reported Monday.

"If the US does not force Israel to completely halt building in the settlements, including Jerusalem, until the end of negotiations then the Palestinians will turn to the UN for recognition of a Palestinian state along 67 borders and whose capital is east Jerusalem" Erekat said duing an interview with Al-Jazeera.

"Is the freeze a sign that Netanyahu will continue with building that has already been started?" Erekat asked.
