Fatah media spokesman, Muhamad Dahlan, said Tuesday in a BBC interview "Fatah demands that Israel put an absolute and complete freeze on building in West Bank settlements," Army Radio reported Tuesday.

Dahlan also reiterated the Palestinian Authority's stance on proximity talks saying that direct talks will only happen once there is agreement that the talks will be renewed from the point where they ended with the Olmert government.
