Fire breaks out at Kinneret's Gamla Beach; no injuries

A brush fire broke out near Gamla Beach in the Kinneret on Wednesday.

Firefighting crews were in the area and succeeded in gaining control of the blaze.

Park officers evacuated dozens of people who were near the area of the fire.

No injuries were reported.

Fire officials reported that 100 dunams were burned and damage was caused to two vehicles which were parked in the area.
