Firefighters succeeded in putting out fires set to five vehicles in Beersheba on Friday morning, in what police suspect was an act of arson.

An initial investigation into the incident suggests that one car was set alight and subsequently rolled into the remaining four vehicles, setting them on fire as well.

Police were investigating suspicions of arson.
