Haifa District Court was set to hear an appeal on Wednesday, by police against the release yesterday of convicted pedophile Oren Corido.

On Tuesday the court delayed the release of Corido so the police would be able to present their appeal.

Corido was released from prison under house arrest last Friday due to the prosecutor's strike but was later arrested on suspicion of attacking a Channel 10 photographer who filmed him near his home.
