Some 200 haredim gathered on Jerusalem's Shivtei Yisrael Street on Saturday afternoon to protest over the operation of the Karta municipal parking lot on Shabbat. Earlier Saturday, several hundred haredim demonstrated against the operation of the capital's Intel plant on Shabbat. The protest, held on the road leading to the Har Hotzvim industrial park, ended without incident.
