High Court: 13 Emmanuel mothers don't have to go to prison

Thirteen of the Emmanuel school mothers ordered to prison for contempt of court were exempted from the punishment for a variety of reasons, the High Court ruled Tuesday.

The rest of the women had the beginning of their prison sentences delayed until the release of their husbands from jail, the court ruling added.
